I got a cheap 8 speed set up off ebay and thought i'd fit it and try out my latest steed ,check brakes, steering ,chainline etc
I also wanted to hear the king buzz that the hubs make
I'm very impressed with the fork ,tracks great [i am, going very easy to start with though],the ti bars are a little flexy for me and i may change to a minimal riser, saddle is comfy enough and my weight isnt too far forward, bike doesn't feel too cramped for my 6'3"ness
The front brake judders a bit and in the wet may squeal but im hoping the ceramic rim and the addition of a matching booster will lessen this considerably
its my on a ti frame and i must say how comfy yet inspiring it feels.
im mostly happy
i intend, when money allows to find and fit a [blue #]Paul V's+levers[i think its 'monolites'im after ,[ blue] Paul rear mech and front[ if i could find 1],a syncros post ,a blue cooks middle 36T,and a king h/set
