Needle roller bearing races for 1" headsets

Just a quick note to ask if anyone knows of a good source for the above to suit headsets like the Stronglight A9 and Miche Primato. Apparently the former finally went out of production in '08 and the latter is also hard to find so buying a complete headset either as a like-for-like swap or just to rob the bearings off it isn't really an option.

The Stronglight A9 went back into production. So you might be able to buy replacement roller bearing again...

Had the same dilemma when the bottom bearing on the Stronglight headset on my Cinelli finally decided to call it a day . Couldn't find a replacement, so I just got the new A9 headset . Despite looking the same as the old model , internally it's all changed , the old " sliding roller " bearing has been replaced by a cartridge taper roller bearing , the type you find on modern motorbikes . Anyway , first impressions are very good , easy to fit , perfectly smooth , and classic looks . Always been my favorite headset .
