Hi.
I just won a bike part, cheaper than i hoped, a real bargain.
Seller ships worldwide, but i didn´t asked the shipping costs previously, because the auction was about to end.
The thing is, the package weights less than 1lbs, he asks 5$ to ship inside US, and 85$ to send to Portugal, on USP International flat rate, the cheapest service available.
I´ve checked US Postal, and flat rate costs something around 15$, so this guy is not happy with his aution and wants more money.
Sent him a message and he was willing to lower the price to 70$, saying he had to take out of his pocket.
I´m not dumb and know these excuses for a long time now, so i would need someone to get the parts for me and then ship it to Portugal. I would pay the delivery for his house (5$), and then whatever it costs to send the goods to me.
Surely will be a lot less than 85$.
Can anyone help me?
