Need help bike ID please

I found a nice bike but no any brand show on frame.
There is only one logo affix on head tube as in pictures.
Can any one please identify what is this bike's brand
The number under crank tube is HC47460N

Your bike looks about 1970. I hope someone knows the frame number series. As probably a hundred frame builders used identical frame components it is not usually possible to put a name to a frame. Also many shops put their names on frames built elsewhere.

Some frame builders did personalise their frames with small details perhaps the way the seat stays are joined to the seat lug, back brake bridge or the way the cable routing is fitted.

We can check this if you can supply some sharp close up pics of the details, including fork crown and front and rear ends.
