Was just looking at bikes and saw this cheap one come up. It's very new but has no frame number.
What's the score on that?
Is it resalable?

Sounds like it's a previously stolen bicycle. Sometimes people find them and hand them in and if it's not claimed after so long it's theirs.v
But most likely it was sold at a police auction.
That or the seller has grinded off the frame number...
