Ive a computer to pay for 
this cannot be avoided any longer, even though im still adding to it.
The superbly conditioned parts must have been used for under 50 miles, in fact probably a couple of outings before being stored.
75% dates to 1997(October)
Some parts are new- Outer 4 arm spider/outer ring,poss granny too,seat QR,sharkfin,E mech,front hub,front skewer.
Wheels built/(R)rebuilt a month or 2 ago,unused. Rims mavic x217 sup,wtb velociraptors which have a little sun/dryness to the sidewalls but otherwise perfect.
As said, im still adding to this with the sti units arriving shortly to replace the ones i have that have more scratches than is acceptable to be a part of this collection.
There are one or two tiny marks here and there which is really down to be being cack handed. Overall its a hell of a collection.
I'm missing the IG chain and the seatpost though the latter was part of the earlier XT groupsets and i dont know if it should be included :? plus so many different sizes.
I havent included the canti's or the canti sti units as i again thought them inappropriate to this collection. :?
I feel '97 and the inclusion of V's is where it started for me. Who said '96 ?
