Three weeks ago I sold a silver antique pen to a person on ebay,I wait for two weeks to get the payment and send a couple of emails, get no reply and the person has been buying other stuff as I can see by the feedback they have received  so I make a second chance offer to the under bidder and he buys the item I then get payment from the person within a day of completeing the deal with the other person,I refund the money straight away and tell the person that I have sold the item to the underbidder and they promptly leave me negative feedback and refuse to revise it  for **** sake what is wrong with these people :?: Should I go round there or send some heavy stones to the person with underpayed postage
It makes me sick it does

Can you not leave your own little addendum to their comment?

Yes, you can.

Years ago I left positive feedback to a seller, but added 'postage a little high, quoted £7 but actual cost was £2'. He left be neutral and a big **Avoid**. So, I left a comment explaining. My feedback is now back to 100% thankfully.

I always put payment within 24 hours anyway

I have been given a downloadable form that is called a defamation form and will remove my neg feedback, but how do I fill in a downloadable form, and then upload it to them :? or should I print it out and fax it to them as they say this is acceptable also :?

Easy put a big flat stone in an envelope and add one stamp then shove it in the letter box.......they will have to collect it from the post office and pay extra.........If they buy alot of stuff from ebay you can catch them a few times with this   A postman told me to do it

The stone thing's the way to go, do it  .

I hate selling on Ebay, buyers can do what the hell they like with virtually no comeback.
