let me know if anyone would be interested in a kit like this. I have manufactures lined up to make the springs and the spacer. My spring guy is able to measure the current spring size and rates and perfectly duplicate it. Estimated cost would be ~40 USD plus shipping.

Wings. Absolute pap as there is no damping now, just a spring.
You're missing the "top washer" above the spring, that is needed to retain that bottom bush in place. You'll have the devil of a job assembling it all without all the bits falling off the bolt. Lots of dabs of grease to try and stick things together. Or save the faff and buy some elastomers....
