Mystery bike time

When I was in London last Friday I spotted what I thought at first was a bit of an oddROberts chained up near Spitafield Market. I saw the headtube bag and thought it was a Roberts, well at least until I go home and checked the badge on mine. Other than that I've no idea what the bike is but it was certainly an interesting looking commuter. Anyway here's some pictures...

Loads of them around, some interesting details like the chroming on the lugs too, but the head badge is about as near as it gets to a Roberts!
