Are you sure of the date? underbracket cable guides, top tube brake cable braze ons and the bottle cage make it look like a later frame.....

Shaun,not quite sure,I'm afraid -I have found out on Internet that this model was "built" on '73...
Coomber,nope,isn't 531,unfortunately,nope,is not 531..
