My new Marin Indian Fire Trail (1996?)

I was lucky to buy a Marin IFT in very good condition although i just wanted a used "every day bike".

My questions:
-which year is my IFT?
-as far as the picture is good enought (iphone foto was too big): are all parts vintage? tires, stem and bar are Marin, cranks White Industries, same one hub. Other hub LX, rims Mavic, shifters are gripshift, derailleur and brakes XT. Brake lever are Sram and saddle Ritchey. Frame is 7005 alloy and fork Manitou Mach 5 SX. Sadly the seatpost was missing! Any idea where to get one fitting the beauty?

the brakes have been switch to v brakes, should be cantilever. marin lite in-house brand i think...the levers would be diacompe 11 or similar. gripshift are ok are were spec'd on these. srt800 maybe?
