1992 I would say chap....same serial number format as mine....mind you Funk numbers are a little random

Hey Crell... finally got these up ... ans to all your questions

Top tube Length (C2C) - 21 inch
Seat Tube (C2C & C2T) - 14.5 inch / 16 inch
The diameter of the downtube - 2 inch
What year you think it is. (92?) - 92 NOS from a bike shop.. had to spend time polishing them

..and it's hard to tell from the pics - has it got the smooth or "au naturel" iewelds? (pic would be handy ) - its got a mixture of both.. some areas smooth, some natural welds
