I like the JA Henckels range of knives. I have one that cost me £100 and the wife snapped the end off seeing how frozen a pound of sausages was. She was not popular that night!

Victorinox :wink: Don't be caught up in the hype.

Beginning to slide of topic,sorry :)
What names have you got on the glass HF? :)

Global knives for me everytime, although I am still to own one.

Or, Kin knives were recommended to me my a friend.

Probably never owned any yet as I seem to hemorrhage money into a website about bikes or something :roll:

Mmmmmm, look at the shiny...

Well, it's not worth any money, but I have a photograph of me and 2 mates, stood on a table in a packed bar in Worcester, full of English rugby fans, with my Welsh rugby shirt on, doing the Jeremy Clarkson 'Loser' sign on my forehead just after Wales beat England in 2008 on their way to a Grand Slam.

Beer = £50.00
Food = £20.00
Watching the looks on the English rugby fans faces = Priceless

I'll keep that photo forever... And hopefully I'll add to it this weekend too, when Wales do it all over again ;)
