switch your router on and off, sounds like you have a buffer issue probably caused by a slow internet link.

I have tried this yesterday and no difference :?

I have regwork on my computer but will try the one IDB1 has just given me....how do I download it Ian :?: Cheers.

bring up task manager clicl on the tab for processes then click on memory in window below will order all running tasks in how much memory is being used, if something is using a hell of a lot then you may have an issue there. Could also your being traffic managed by your ISP if you have a high usage on your account at the mo, run a full virus and spyware scan to make sure not anything to do with that

I have dowloaded and ran the link IDB1 gave me and hey presto........

It cleared out 879 meg is that a lot :?:

Have you cleared down temporary files, temp internet files and other associated crapola?

I use ccleaner from http://www.piriform.com/ to routinely clear muck out from the pc.

aye- gets rid of amazing amounts of useless cack.........

It could be packet loss, unplug your modem/router from the phone or cable, but be very careful not to spill any packets on the floor (they are very small, almost invisible to the naked eye) If you do spill any make sure you pick them up and put them back in the router. Plug the cable back in and that will hopefully stem the flow of packets.

Either that or it may be that too much of your bandwidth is being used up by posting on retrobike. Try condensing your posts and threads so that only fresh and or relevant data is recorded. By doing this you will essentially reduce the amount of bandwidth being used, freeing up space on the line for your por....erm... videos. If you find this reduction difficult you may want to look at creating your own blog on a site such as www.blogger.com. These sites are essentially optimised for people who have a lot to say, and no appropriate place to say it.

The above may be tongue in cheek

are you streaming the video from the net or from your hard drive?if its the net check your connection to see if anyone is leeching...or perhaps something is interfering with the wifi signal...a microwave oven or radio monitor will do this.second defrag ya harddrive as well as this speeds up the pc too.
