Old English steel appreciates in value, whilst old German steel doesn't!

I've met a few of the Peter Post mob back in the late 70's.........Knettermann, Thaler, Lubberding etc...... and like Sid Barras they seemed somewhat vertically challenged. Looks a bit big to me but there you go :)

remember that they tended to ride big frames in comparison to nowadays - big frames with only a fist full of seatpost showing . . looks spot on to me . .







and the classic example of this sizing was luis hererra and to my eye, both his and fignon's bikes look perfectly balanced . .
