I wouldn't recommend dealing with this scumbag.
I bought and paid for those cranks as soon as that listing appeared.
After the listing got more publicity, someone must have offered him megabucks for the cranks, as he told me today that he's selling them to someone else! :cry:

If you paid and have a receipt for it I believe that the sale goods act applies and he is in breach of contract. speak to trading standards as you may have a case for prosecution.
