Muddy Fox Pathfinder 90/91?

I have landed here after looking for a mtb for the work commute and the price (compared to something half decent new) and a dose of nostalgia has set me on a path to try and replace my childhood bike. I was still a wee lad and my dad brought it for me from Pearsons in Sutton and it will not be much surprise given the era to say it was stolen and I was suitably gutted as despite my childish neglect and abuse it was a great ride.

I do not remember what I had but after scouring the readers rides I believe it was a 90 or 91 Pathfinder.

It was metallic(?) purple with light brown mottles spots like dried mud all over it. It did have multi colour decals on the top bar by the saddle, I recall these all being the paw print but probably wrong. I think it had yellow cables but this is jogged from looking at the photos here.

I would love to find the bike; so even if its just more information on the bike, the correct spec it should be and or just if this paint option was on other models / years. As I was young I doubt it was a top spec version but if there are various spec options it would be great to know what is the best I could hope to find.

Try searching the for sale and eBay ads sections, as Pathfinders pop up from time to time

I had seen that but found the resolution too low to be sure and get detailed spec. Being a bit of a novice to all the spec levels of the various components does not help although I have found many useful posts on here breaking it down.
I was also not sure if the paint style was also used on other years (as I am not 100% what year mine was)
