You measure from the centre of the pedals to the top of the frame tube that holds the seat post.

Well for starters i'm not allowed another bike until i've got the one's i'm working on sorted and at least one of them sold on ..

But measuring up is taken from the centre of the spindle of the bottom bracket to the top of the seat tube and that's the frame size ..

That'll be 21-22inch then...the top of the seat post has a fancy profile so it's difficult to be accurate. If neither of you gentlemen is interested in a purchase, can you advise me what's the best thing to do with it?

The lowest part of the seat tube profile is wear you'll measure to then and even at 21" it would be a tad tall for me so unless THM is interested then i'd advertise it in here ,, viewforum.php?f=2
