MS racing Comp XT (Pre-Alpinestars)

Nice bike, but a bit cosmetically challenged has loads of scratches/chips but no dents or cracks that I can see, good for a hack or powder coat restoration, nice P2 style blade forks and Brake Neck stem only seen on MS racing.

I only rode it a few times as a hack bike, I would say it's ride able but needs work. With the time and dedication this will rebuild into a sweet MS Comp XT, and it will probably be the only one on Retrobike.

I got it on a whim from here about a month ago, but with 3 other projects on the go I can’t justify to the chancellor keeping it. I am not willing to split the bike up, if you want certain limited components you will have to buy the lot, unless you make me an offer I cant refuse.

Seat tube 19” C-2-C, Top tube length 22” C-2-C

XT rear mech
Mountain LX front Mech
STX RC Sti’s (7 speed)
Acera chainset
Rear wheel FH-M452 hub Araya RH-20 rim
Front Wheel HB-M451 hub Araya RH-20 rim
Tyres, Bontrager Jones 26x2.1 front and 26x2.2 rear. Both have about 50% tread and good side walls.

I'm after £70 Collected or + postage if someone can recommend a courier who'll take a large Box.
