Mountain biking around Milton Keynes??? - dont laugh!!!

visiting my brother at the weekend, and he unfortunately lives in Milton Keynes, he asked me to bring up my bike, and we could go riding. So im asking does anyone know of any routes ie bridleways around MK we could kill a few hours or a day inc pub lunch thereabouts???

Easy just drive over the M1 and head towards chicksands, there is a bike park and quite a few unmarked trails as well, There is infomation here about Chicksands - http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/viewforum.php?f=33

You could try heading towards the canal, then north through Cosgrove and to a pub lunch....

Milton Keynes has Woburn/brickhill which is not bad, or if you fancy a 20 minute car journey to Wendover this weekend, I will take you around the chilterns, Some of the best trails in bucks!!

thanks for the info, i dont think we will be able to drive anywhere, so will have ot be local.
