The Chateu d'Ax Team used 8 Speed Dura-Ace.
I've got the later and much rarer Moser Leader AX in Green, when Gatorade came onboard, before the team changed to Bianchi Frames.

IIRC Bugno used d/t shifters long after all around him were on their Sti levers. Famously winning the sprint for his second World's victory with that setup.
I have a bike with the same groupset, and have both Sti and d/t options. I'd be so tempted if I saw a team f/set in my size. Even though the dedicated seatpost would be difficult and therefore expensive to source.
Midlife has the same frameset as you I believe
I also have a Bianchi with the appropriate Gatorade jersey, now I'm just showing off! :facepalm: :roll:
