Morati HC 1.3, help needed

hi boys, just found a good Morati HC 1.3 bike.
The frame is filled with LX and Deore parts (good for... for... don't know )
Could you give me an hand to date this frame?

I don't understand if it'd be a 97 or 2000 one.

how about this scott hubs (lacied to Mavic X227 rims)?

Yeah your's is definitely a 1997 same as my HC 1.1
