I would have said so but wasn't sure about those 'patches' at the top of the seat tube, they look like tape to stop cable rub though (????)....

I know nothing about Moots though (apart from lusting after one )

Yeah I think its just sellotape, cheapskate! nice frame though, shame the kitty is empty for this month!
