Mongoose Menace ???

I've just aquired (by honest sources) a Mongoose Menace , any ideas on how to date it (mid noughties I think), not a bmx er so will be selling it as soon as I've got more info not after big money but ti's better than it going to the tip (hopefully). It's a shitty green BTW , will put a pic up if any interest .

This is what it looks like , got a badge on headtube celebrating 30 years of BMX (1974 to 2004) so that might steer my untrained mind to date it at 2004?
