This is a very fast bike which can reach speeds of over 55 mph even on the chunky mud tyres that I have on at the moment, and because of this and the rapid deceleration when you slam on the brakes, this bike is certainly not for the faint hearted and if mis-treated can cause serious injury! I would recommend that only a serious rider to buy this bike.

I have the same types of wheels in my back shed, I got them as a spare set if I needed them off eBay. They were cheaper than buying one rim so I thought they would be good for an emergency backup (cost me about AU$100 delivered from Taiwan to Australia!).
