Modern steel frame options?

So thinking about @Fatal Swan 's lovely Hewitt, I've been doing some googling 🤦‍♂️
Just wondering what options there are for modern steel road frames? Racing/fast road rather than touring or Audax. TIG or fillet brazed, threaded BB, preferably rim brake, but without discarding discs as an option. Off the peg rather than custom
So far I have found a few interesting options:
Ritchey road logic
Cinelli Nemo
Standert
Mason
There must be more!

Would second Condor, I bought a Super Acciaio a few years ago and for an off the peg steel frame its hard to beat in terms of price/quality - (made in Italy, Columbus spirit, 5 year warranty etc) its hard to beat or even match imo. I had very good service in the shop as well.

Genesis still do their Reynold 725 Equilibrium model in rim and disc brake versions. It's a bit of a less 'racy' geometry (so they say), but it's not into Audax territory.
