after alot of effort of finding out details of this bike talking to miyata them via emails etc i have finally found out what the bike is i have for sale lol , its a 1991 miyata carbon super over size in near mint condition im a cycle mechanic by trade and i can honestly say (now its been cleaned and serviced ) its in amazing con, the only real issue is the tops of the gear shifters is showing its age
. (viewing welcome) ive seen bikes straight out of a box with more marks on .as i cant seem to put pics on if you pm ya email will send the pics to you
its a mix of carbon alloy and steel the rear end is neon pink the forks are neon yelow the bars are purple and the tubes are carbon.
everything apart from the stem is original even the tires which are in great con with loads of tred cant have done many miles
there are marks on the braking surface of the rims to be expected but again there is no ware to them
the spec is full deore lx drive train
dia compe xce brakes and canti's
panaracer tires ritchey grips
as the is a 1991 it was made japan not as i believe the later ones were made in usa
i have loads of pics for anyone interested in the rare beast i doubt you would find another let alone one in this condition.
this particular model sold for 1200.00 when it was new and after to talking with the company and others inc cycle shops i would like to put this up for sale for 400.00 ono
