they have been mounted, so i wont describe them as NOS, but they're only about 15 minutes off it
no noodles, one of the rubber bits only. pads have touched a rim but no wear.

in light of recent issues with people not being happy with items described as "mint" on here, i will say that you may return them within seven days, in the same condition that they left me, at your expense, and i will refund you when they arrive back.
