Middleburn spider

I have a spider,in black,5 arm,compact drive,to take two chainrings.
It looks in good condition,i think i bought it on e-bay a couple of years ago,but have not used it myself.
£15 posted in the UK.

are you sure it only takes 2 rings? is it a road compact or a MTB cd spider? i'm really interested but don't have cash. maybe up for swaps?
