Middleburn RS2 (we think!) cranks and spider. 175mm length with a red 110bcd spider.
Easiest to do a positive and negative list!

Positives.
Straight, no heel rub of any note, bolts in back (not shown) not rounded off or seized (I just took them out to clean the cranks). Despite the negatives they look really good when fitted. All threads are clean, I extracted these no problem off my BB. Tapers are fine.

Negatives
They've got a lot of nicks and knocks. I suppose that's to be expected for their age. The pictures tell the whole story really. Notable issues are that the drive side start to extractor threads is damaged but I put an extractor in no problem and took them off. Seems like a bit has been chipped off. The spider is faded and has a lot of chain marks on it. The taper for the LHS is damaged for the first 1/2mm from the inside, almost like someone tried to prise them off with a screwdriver. I could have filed this off and you'd never have noticed - the taper is fine - but I don't like to tart things up to hide damage. One last thing - it looks like someone tried to remove a chainring bolt with a drill as there is a semi- circular bit missing from the back of the drive side. I only noticed this when I took the spider off and I don't think it makes much difference.

I have tried to take pictures of all the above.

Don't get me wrong, these are not trashed, just used. I just like to be honest and clear about condition so you don't get any surprises.

I've probably made them out to be knackered but they really aren't! I wouldn't be selling but I have to buy something urgently so I am unfortunately have to part with them. They were going on my Tequesta. :-)

RS2s, The pedal ends on RS1s are kinda like a tube on the end of the arm, wheras the RS2s look like part of the arm...

Not sure that even made sense to me!
