hmm actuaually, looking on bikepedia has confused me. cant see any time the apex had xt on it, so assume it must be some newer parts on an old frame, but which year is the frame? or did they do a steel apex in '99ish?

thought I would chip in with a few possible answers...

Frame is '94 judging by the decals - the finish was nickle plated a la orange P7's and very nice thay are too - True Temper triple butted tubing

£64 was higher than I expected, and yes, I would be a bit suspicious of any bikes sans back wheels to be picked up in Kilburn...
