Metisse 531 frame? Any ideas?

Spotted this but haven't seen the make before and Google just points to motorcycles.

In a Dutch text about those motorcycles it says the frames where made using Reynolds 531, coincidentally. Lettering is different and there is an accent on the e.

I just found a guy on Google called Brian Curtis who is a cycle frame builder who used to build Metisse motorcycle frames, maybe something he did, maybe not!? Still going now Brian Curtis bikes, looks quality stuff.

Maybe. It is all fillet brazing, though. Could be interesting to see what they say about the frame?

Used to be a bike shop here in York that sold them, they seemed to sell them as a quality brand to the local roadies
