Pace RC31s AND Rockshox SIDneys
Mostly M95x XTR, bit of newer XT stuff
Thomson finishing kit

Ballpark? as a complete bike and as a frame?

What size the Merlin has and do you have something "cheaper" in mind - preferences?

If I do it, which is by no means guaranteed, was probably going to get an inbred or something, I don't get out on MTB much these days
