yep, one should expect a few more detailled pics for that kind of prizes,
nothing wrong with the specs though imho, nice understated parts of good quality that don't distract too much from the lovely frames
Some really cool bikes! I also have those three, hehe. But honestly, the price of the XLM is really high, the IF quite pricy yet, and the Newsboy... well, I don´t think you´ll find a cheap Newsboy.
The build up doesn´t look bad, but I wouldn´t build them that way.

aside from the too short stems, I love his three bikes, and the prices, while not favorable to the buyer, are not crazy.
