There is a little wobble in the wheel so it would benefit with some truing. It is still could be used as it is. The rim is a bit worn but probably good for many more miles. Hub is smooth.

ProGram 3 Elan, 7005 Aluminum Taper wall main tubes and stay, Easton USA.
Welded by ALFTON who at the time produced frames for others brands like Emery Secundo and KHS, K2, Coyote, Yeti.
Bike frame from circa 1995 and at the time it cost about £400.
It is in pretty good condition for its age - but there are the usual scratches and marks though a good deal of these will pretty much disappear with good polish - please see pictures.
Seat tube 19 " (centre of Bottom bracket to top of top tube)
Top tube is 22-1/2 (centre to centre)
Straight gear hanger (original replaceable one)
Weight it 3 lb 11.5os (1680g)
