I have the link (Thanks!) to the Guy in Oz that does decals, but what I'd like to know if any Designers on here or Merckx specialists can identify the Typeface used in the attached decal?...Maybe it was hand drawn?...Seems to be a consistent Serif on the Type leaning to the left.
I'd like to recreate that style with my own name. So obviousy as I'm not called Eddy I have some letters missing for identity.

Try this, you might find a match -

I (rather cheekily I suppose) asked Flandria what their typeface was as I wanted to duplicate it in a similar way to you and they said it was 'bespoke'.

I found a near match on this website.

Cheers Ned
I have tried that & as nothing is coming up I've put it in the forum. Looking at it, I may be able to use what I have and mimic the style...I wouldn't be surprised if this was bespoke too...

I've never seen a font similar to that and I've spent a life time looking at them! You could have a go at tweaking some of Neville Brody's early fonts (think Face Magazine logo) but to be honest a good graphic designer could swiftly reproduce it as vector artwork in Illustrator. I'd be tempted to find a flatter, more useful image for them to trace though:
