About three weeks after I first bought the bike I took advantage of our twins having an afternoon snooze and headed out into the arctic air.
First thing noticed is the short wheelbase - shoes catching front wheel short!
Up hills the bike is stiff and responsive, gears are bang on and the Delta brakes very strong (going down hill now obviously). Shame I couldn't do it justice, but with nearly three months off the bike I am a bit out of condition. At over 20 years old I wasn't expecting it to be half as good as it was, so I can't wait to get fit and do a few TT's in the summer on it.
