Just looking at the photos it seemed an odd mix (what is that frame with Marin forks and internal cable routing for 1 cable?) - but there's definitely some XT kit and thumbies. May get a bargain if you strip for parts.
He said the following:
"Front and rear mech are Deore XT, brake pads are Deore XT too but the calipers are only badged as Shimano. Rims and Hubs I have no idea and I can see no markings indicating there make. The front chain ring is a Shimano Biopace 48. The rears I do not know. Sadly I have not got the spec sheet from when the bike was ordered/built. The brake handles are plastic by the way - why I have no idea!"
