Anybody know if you can fit 2.4s in a 97 GT Pantera frame?

Measure the gap
And it depends on how wide your Rims are - the wider rim makes the tyre wider.

2.4s would be extreme for 97 though.

I know what your saying, I haven’t got the frame yet just weighing up my options with tyres now, just wondered if anyone had already done it that’s all
