No idea, but it didn't fit my Simoncini despite me measuring the seattube with a digital caliper!

My 1990 Basso Gap is 26.6, but I am not sure what the tubing is, Columbus SL, I think.

I would use some tape to make it fit in any 27.2 frame. Worth a try if it is must have post ;)

26.6 is a size that is common on quality retro French Columbus and Vitus tubed frames on account of them using particular metric tubing sizes.
