ladies and gents

I have these surplus and due to a house move and a bit of a clear out these need to be moved on, both run true and bearings are smooth enough!

ideal for the second bike for work/uni/pub/commuter or if you just want a cheap set of wheels for your budget build 8)

apologies that they are a bit dusty/grubby, all my cleaning kit is packed away ready for the house move

So, what I have is: Mavic M400 rims on STX-RC hubs, skewers are a bit old and tired but they work well all the same, on the wheels is a set of more modern continental mountain king tyres 2.2 - these are not to huge and happliy sat in the back of my 1997 cinder cone no problem, Ideally I'm looking to get some money back for the tyres so how about £40 posted for the lot? again, sorry they are covered in trail dust, I always clean stuff before I post but in this case the buyer may have to give them a bit of a wipe down!

NOW £30 posted!

the tyres have done about 150 miles and still have the little hairs on them, oh tubes are supplied also!

Bump for a cheap set of wheels.... Come on, the tyres were £20 a piece :)

Re: Mavic M400 on STX-RC wheels and continental tyres £30

I'd take the tyres if someone doesn't want them with the wheels?

If you can fit an 8spd or 9spd cassette on these - I could be second in line.

They are indeed good to go with 8 speed, as far as I remember STX-RC was were 8 speed started in the late 90s!
