Heliums were the first lightweight 'factory' wheels and were pretty popular at the time but most have long since worn-out and Mavic's spares policy on old stuff is frankly rubbish. Think some folks had problems with front rim eyelet cracking because of relatively low spoke count and high tension, so check carefully. 22 hole rims don't exist in the after market. Managed to pick up a pair of NOS 28h Helium tub rims last year that I build into a pair of 1300g CX wheels which look and ride great.

Great light weight wheels - still used on cross races
rims crack around the spoke holes but dont seen to get any worse
mine have been like that for years and still racing on them and still true..
If for sale let me know !!
It was the original Electrons from 1998 that fell to bits - the ones with the titanium colour rims - spokes were too thin and rims were too flexy. Fortunately mine were replaced under warranty for the replacement model which were far more robust.
