mavic crossride freehub service?

can anyone tell me if the freehub is serviceable on a crossride wheel? the mavic site just shoes crossmax which look different.there is a lot of play in the hub causing the whole lot to jump ive managed to get the axle out and there appears to be flats for a 10mm allen key inside but my 10mm wont touch them so maybe its something daft like 11mm,then you would need to take the bearing out to get to it :?

no help on the service, sorry...but mind if i ask a couple questions?

i have a crossride wheelset, and the rear is just 5 months old and already has some funny noises coming from it. still functional at the moment.

i've read some bad reviews regarding the durability of this wheel. how long have you had yours? est. miles?
