Mavic A317 700c DISC ONLY rim in 36h BLACK - where to buy?

So a couple of emails from 'Descent Gear' later, I finally get them to admit ''we made a mistake, they dont make 36h A317's anymore''

Guess what, they offered me 2 different 26" rims instead.
Class act.
So now im chasing a refund and a 36h A317 in black again....
