Only seen one other on here and the poster has since been banned, [he's been banned from MTBR too].
Here's my May 2005 Monolink named Northrop, in anodised silver bought as a frame only last year and after changing the shock oil [quantity and weight] I replaced the Mono link bearings and built it up initially from my parts bin. Since then it has undergone a brand loyalty swap from XTR to mostly SRAM Redwing.
I've also replaced the decals which are still available from the U.S.
Parts highlights are Kore hubs laced to 819 tubeless rims, Thomson and Nuke Proof finishing kit with Elixir brakes.
A R.S. Revelation is on the way so that I can put the Bombers back on my 456. If I can find a Redwing rear mech and maybe a dropper post it should be just about finished.
So how does it ride? Overall the best full bouncer for me yet. Descending is good with technical climbs and rock gardens it's real strength. It seems impossible to hook up the rear wheel.
Finally, My other car is a Maverick too.
