Hi,

Here is my new (and last) sunn project

Few years ago, I bought a sunn chaos fork with the canti cable hanger : when you have this part, you have the frame to go with

So first frame was a sunn 5000, and I start buying m900 parts... so I had to find a frame with high quality tubes to fit with the m900 parts.

I planed to buid a maxe from 1995 but I found a tange ultimate sl frame from 1993.

The frame is not in the sunn catalogue, it was a prototype for a limited serie called sunn dix (the différence is the color of chrome).

I'm waiting for a m900 crankset and It will be ok for the first ride

Nice!

You may find a chain, , bottle cage, bb and some grips helpful too. What's the travel on the forks?

I already have the m900 bb and I will probably put some ritchey grips.

For the bottle cage, probably an elite ciussy inox.

The travel is 35 mm so quite the same of the obsys carbon.

I wish I could find retro pedal but I don't know what model to choose :|

Never say "last" : there's always another project after "last" project :mrgreen:

Happy to see a Chaos fork. It's a first generation because Sunn had to change the name Chaos for Obsys.
The Sunn 10 was a Sunn project : 10kg fir the weight oir 10000 Frs (around 1500 euro). But I don't know if they built the bike with front suspension...

Yes your right about the sunn dix limited edition.

My Frame was a prototype for the sunn dix, that's why it's silver instead of bronze color.

It was the bike from someone who was working for sunn apparently.

The chaos was not available with the sunn dix. The fork was available one year later.
