Suspension has never been my thing ....
Think they're an oil filled fork sound like it when shaken, theres movement in them and of what I can see stanchions seem ok! Need a clean would be fairly presentable.

I was kinda hoping they'd just disappear! I'd imagine 10 Bob for posting it's just the time for me, Im rural it's about an hours round ride to post office..25 sound ok?
I'm after a single speed chainring at mo 5x110 38 to 40 tooth and I like suntour 80-90s ! Can do simple trade?
