Notice that nowhere in the listing does he claim it is an Orange frame, and with good reason.

Well that's not *quite* true, I think all steel Oranges have had monostays, but not ti and the E2 was the first aluminium bike with a monostay. But I somehow doubt whether it's a Vit t, and I think the Elite and especially the O had more frightening stays than that frame. It looks like steel to me.
