Looking for a Marin Hybrid frame/forks in steel, XL/21" suitable for 700c tyres, V brakes.

Does not need to be mint, just presentable.

Sounds like you're looking for a stinson. They're hybrid, cheap and come up every now and again.

They come shipped with 700c wheels.
