Here's a 1999 Marin Pine Mountain Frame - 19", in fairly good condition. A few scratches, normal wear and tear etc. The Pine Mountain is the next model down from the Team Marin. The frame is double-butted Columbus Thron steel. The weird colouring in the pics is due to my camera phone throwing a wobbly over pearlesent paint in sunlinght  .
Spec here: http://www.bikepedia.com/QuickBike/Bike ... &Type=bike
Geometry here: http://www.sheldonbrown.com/marin/pinemountain.html
I've bought a pair of brand new Kona Project II triple-butted forks (£69.99), a used XT front mech (£15) and a new Shimano cable guide (£2) to go with the frame. I built the bike up today (I didn't cut the fork steerer or add a star-fangled nut) and rode it about and it is just too big for me.
The last 1999 frame like this to grace these pages was Ratbane's which was advertised for £90. I think if we say £135 for the whole lot, posted to the UK, is a fair price?
Separately price will be frame £65, forks £55, mech £15. The fork spec is listed here:
